My kids LOVE popsicles! Everything from Otterpops to homemade juice pops and go through them like crazy every summer. As the temperatures here in Billings have started to increase into the 70’s and 80’s, they are already starting to ask for them. So in preparation for this summer I’ve started compiling a list of some of our favorites and some new ones we are excited to try out. Now I know there are hundreds and hundreds of popsicle recipes out there. These are ones I wanted to save in one place because they sound amazing and look easy to make. I like quick and easy, so none of these will require too much in preparation (little to no layering) or special, fancy ingredients; just lots of fruit which I buy tons of during the summer anyway.
